Drug Sales and Manufacturing

Manufacturing illegal narcotics, selling illegal narcotics, or even being in possession of illegal narcotics with the intent to sell them are all treated as felonies. The penalties can be severe, and can include state prison for up to 3, 4 or 5 years, depending on the charge. If you have prior convictions for selling narcotics, the penalties can be enhanced.
